Statistics Canada has released cannabis sales figures for Canada for the month of November 2019. For the 2nd consecutive month, overall sales have now increased to $135.70 million from $128.90 million.

Although Ontario remains the province with the highest sales in Canada, their sales decreased to $31.60 million from $32.85 million in October 2019.
New second position
The province of Quebec shows a slight but constant progression with now $29.81 million in sales but is no longer the second province in sales having been slightly exceeded by Alberta with $29.84 million in sales.
The change in licensing in Ontario and the arrival of cannabis 2.0 products are expected to significantly increase sales.
