Statistics Canada released Canabis sales in Canada for August and once again a new high is reached with total sales for the provinces of $127.4 million.
July sales amounted to $107.4 million, an increase of $20 million from the previous month.
The most significant increase is in British Columbia with an increase of more than 100%, from $5.9 to $11.9 million. Ontario is still in first place ($33 million) followed closely by Quebec ($26 million)
Distribution networks continue to expand. Quebec now has 23 stores and plans to have about 40 stores by March 2020.
